Emirates Kids offers a 30-day return policy.
This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging, including tags, labels, manuals, accessories, and any included parts
Free from damage, stains, signs of use, washing, odors, or missing components

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, returned products must be in a condition suitable for resale.

Our support team will provide the correct return instructions and return address by email after your return request is approved.
Please note that the warehouse address shown on our website is not automatically a return address unless our team specifically confirms it in writing.
Return Shipping Costs π
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to an issue caused by Emirates Kids.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item, as Emirates Kids is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items π
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible at support@emirateskids.ae so we can review the issue and help make it right. π

A short description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items π«
For health, hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
Items that have been used, worn, washed, assembled, damaged, or altered
Items missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, or parts
Personal care, hygiene, or baby-related items once opened or used
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable on the product page
Gift cards or digital products, if offered
Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges π

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit where applicable.
Refund Approval π³
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
10-Day Refund Processing Time β±οΈ
Approved refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment service to post the refund to your account. This processing time is controlled by your financial institution and may vary.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@emirateskids.ae so we can help review the status.
Order Cancellations π
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@emirateskids.ae.
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes once an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
Refused or Failed Deliveries π
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees, reshipping fees, or related costs.
Refunds for failed deliveries may be reduced by applicable shipping and handling costs where permitted by law.
