At Emirates Kids, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

📦 Received a Defective or Damaged Item?
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please don’t worry. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Simply contact us at support@emirateskids.ae within 2 days of receiving your order, including a clear photo or video of the issue, and we will take care of the rest.

🔄 Not Happy with Your Purchase?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Order Change or Cancellation
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel or amend it. Please contact us as soon as possible on the day of ordering. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For assistance, email us at support@emirateskids.ae.

🚚 Order Lost in Transit
While delivery delays are rare, they may occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control.

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.
If the order is confirmed as lost, a full refund or replacement will be issued.

Please note that, in some cases, items may arrive in separate parcels for faster delivery.

🔁 Return Policy & Process
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
Unfortunately, returns or refunds cannot be accepted once this period has passed.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or, if preferred, as store credit with no expiry

📏 Size or Measurement Issues
Items are not eligible for refunds due to size or measurement issues if the correct variant was shipped as ordered.
However, if an error was made on our part, we will gladly arrange an exchange or refund.
