1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future — stay tuned for updates.

2. How much is shipping?

We offer flat-rate shipping within the UAE.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Our estimated delivery time within the United Arab Emirates is 7–15 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

4. Do you offer order tracking?

Yes. All orders include tracking. As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its delivery.

5. I haven’t received my order — what should I do?

Please start by checking your tracking link. If your order appears delayed or something doesn’t look right, contact us at support@emirateskids.ae and we’ll assist you promptly.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel or update it.
Please contact us as soon as possible on the day of ordering at support@emirateskids.ae.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

8. Are your products safe for children?

Absolutely. All Emirates Kids products are carefully selected with safety, quality and everyday usability in mind, while encouraging play, learning and enjoyment.
