6. Do you ship within the UAE? 🚚
Yes, Emirates Kids currently ships orders within the United Arab Emirates.
At this time, international shipping outside the UAE is not available through our website checkout.
7. How much is the shipping fee? 📦
We offer a flat shipping fee of Dhs. 15.00 AED for UAE deliveries.
The shipping fee will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order, so you can review your full order total before payment.
8. How long does delivery take? 🚛
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and busy promotional periods.
After your order is processed and shipped, estimated delivery may take approximately 7–15 business days, depending on product availability, courier operations, customer location, customs processing where applicable, and other delivery conditions.
9. Will I receive tracking information? 🔎

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers or ecommerce checkout systems. Emirates Kids does not intentionally store your full debit card or credit card number on our own systems.
12. Can I cancel or change my order? 🛒
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@emirateskids.ae.
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes once the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
13. What is your return policy? 🔄
Emirates Kids offers a 30-day return policy.
This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging.

14. How long does a refund take? 💳
Approved refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, where a return is required.
Please note that your bank, card provider, or payment service may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
15. What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect? 🔎

Please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and a short explanation. Our team will review the matter and guide you through the next steps.
